Mar Serena is available for rent in two plans:

Bed and Breakfast (B and B) Plan: Shared occupancy. Rent one, two or three bedrooms on a per-night basis. Owners will be in residence, other guests may be present. Breakfast will be included in the rental rate, lunch and dinner offered at additional cost. Linen service will be included. (Click here for details and rates.)

Exclusive Occupancy (E.O.) Plan: Guests will be in sole posession of the house, have unrestricted access to the lower and main floor, and, by prior arrangement, to the top floor. Owners will not be in residence. No meals provided but guests may prepare their own meals in the kitchen. (Click here for details and rates.)
